The Bar Method is a one-hour strengthening and stretching class that incorporates the use of a ballet barre. The workout merges the principles of isometrics, interval training and dance conditioning to create a unique, safe and effective program. The class design emphasizes full-body sculpting by targeting the muscles that play the largest role in changing the shape of the body. The Bar Method focuses on effectiveness, safety and body awareness. Barre54 offers a full-body cardiovascular workout using Lotte Berk method exercises fused with yoga and Pilates stretches that also utilize the ballet barre.
